Welcome to the Kingdom: You’re Born Again…Now What?

This program fulfills Jesus’ mandate to make disciples. This interactive discipleship program helps new believers establish their faith, overcome their doubts, and provides understanding of the Kingdom of God and His plan for their new life; it provides those who have walked in the Kingdom with more in-depth knowledge; and it provides those in leadership with a platform to learn to disciple others and to practice their God-given gifts.

Marketplace Ministry: Teaching Workplace Integrity at Every Level

We provide marketplace ministers (anyone with a job!) with the tools they need to maintain their moral, ethical and spiritual convictions in a world driven by compromise.

Threefold Chaplaincy for Business

We provide marketplace ministers a/k/a Chaplains to businesses through regular workplace visits and one-on-one meetings.

Getting Volunteers & Staff to Cooperate

Our goal is to encourage you to hang on to the authority that’s been given to you. God places authority over us…whether we’re paid staff or whether we’re volunteers. We must submit to that authority. Not only is it company policy, it’s God’s policy!

Kingdom Construction: Building Strong Organizations and Strong Leadership

COMMUNITY

Threefold Chaplaincy Volunteer Training

This training prepares individuals to effectively reach out and comfort the elderly, the infirm, and others who are experiencing “confined care” whether long- or short-term. We provide this training to organizations that regularly send out volunteers to minister in their communities but do not have a formal training program. Threefold Chaplaincy Volunteers bring hope and encouragement for those in confined care.

Carol Drake Wheatley

Carol Wheatley established Power in the Workplace Ministries in 1994. A 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation registered in the State of Florida, it is a community-centric training organization widely recognized for its numerous regional outreaches: Threefold Chaplaincy Volunteer Training is one of those outreaches.

Carol Drake Wheatley is a retired Organization Development and Grant Consultant with over 30 years’ grant and proposal writing experience, with awards in excess of $120 million from the Department of Defense, Department of Labor, Department of Health & Human Services, Department of Commerce, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency as well as state and local initiatives. Carol specialized in the development of workplace training programs with focus on government compliance regulations.

Carol is a marketplace trainer and is the founder of Power in the Workplace Ministries. This community outreach organization sponsors the Space Coast Prayer Team, the annual Space Coast Prayer Breakfast, Threefold Center, and most recently, Always Jazz Radio. She is the author of several faith-based books.

Carol is an Ordained Minister, Crisis Response Chaplain, and an Ordained Senior Chaplain. She is a member of the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation and is certified in both Individual and Group Crisis Intervention.  She holds a Master’s Degree in Christian Ministry. Power in the Workplace is an affiliated ministry through the American Evangelistic Association, the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team, and the International Fellowship of Chaplains. Carol is a Certified Business Mentor through the US Small Business Administration.
